However, one name that was not brought up was that of JTG, who has been with the company for over seven years. With how little has been used as of late, folks have been wondering how long it would take before he got the ax. There was legitimate shock that he wasn’t on the original list of names released on Thursday.
Well, as it turns out, they were just waiting until later in the day to throw his name to the wolves as he is now part of what some are calling, “Black Thursday.”
WWE has come to terms on the release of the following Superstars as of today, June 12, 2014:
- JTG
- Drew McIntyre
- Jinder Mahal
- Aksana
- Curt Hawkins
- Theodore Long
- Camacho
- Brodus Clay
- Evan Bourne
- Yoshi Tatsu
- Marc Harris (referee)
Immediately following the announcement of his release, the responses were all over the place.
This impossible has finally happened. JTG no longer makes a living by hanging out in catering. This truly is a sad day.
