New international poster for Dracula Untold

Just in time for Halloween this year, one of the greatest monster stories ever told will be getting re-visioned into the new film Dracula Untold.

Late last month, it was announced that the film would be receiving a global IMAX release, which is going to give fans a much more immersive experience when the film hits theaters.

Now, we have a look at a new international poster for the upcoming film which gives us yet another sneak peek into a film where the specifics are pretty scarce at the moment.

Whether it was in the original writings of legendary author Bram Stoker, or in one of the many cinematic takes on the character, we have heard the story of Dracula before. In Dracula Untold, they plan to focus in more on the characters origins and let fans see where the character came from.

Obviously, as we get closer to the release of the film more details as to the direction of the film will come to light; however, until then here is a look at the latest international poster for the upcoming film Dracula Untold.

Director Gary Shore will be making his feature film debut with Dracula Untold. The script is being penned by rookie screenwriters Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless based on the original story by Bram Stoker.

Luke Evans, who most recently played Bard the Bowman in The Hobbit trilogy, will be taking on the role of Vlad Tepes, otherwise known as the man who would become Dracula. Dracula Untold also stars Need for Speed actor Dominic Cooper, Zach McGowan, Sarah Gadon, Samantha Barks, and many more.

The film also stars Charlie Cox, who was just recently cast as Matt Murdock in the upcoming Marvel/Netflix collaboration Daredevil.

Dracula Untold will be released in IMAX and Conventional Theaters on October 17, 2014.
