The NBA Draft is less than one week away and with this week’s news of the stress fracture to the right foot of top prospect Joel Embiid, next Thursday’s draft has a great deal of suspense as the top.

More from NBA

While it remains to be seen what the Cleveland Cavaliers will do with the top pick following the surgery to Embiid that is expected to sideline him for four-six months or where Andrew Wiggins or Jabari Parker or international man of mystery Dante Exum will go, we do have an idea of some of the top draft prospects that could be in attendance when NBA commissioner Adam Silver calls their name.

According to ESPN Insider Chad Ford here are the 21 players who have been invited to sit in the green room at the Barclays Center in New York.

Andrew Wiggins (Kansas)
Jabari Parker (Duke)
Joel Embiid (Kansas)
Dante Exum (Australia)
Noah Vonleh (Indiana)
Aaron Gordon (Arizona)
Julius Randle (Kentucky)
Marcus Smart (Oklahoma State)
Doug McDermott (Creighton)
Dario Saric (Croatia)
Gary Harris (Michigan State)
Elfrid Payton (Louisiana Lafayette)
Nik Stauskas (Michigan)
James Young (Kentucky)
Zach LaVine (UCLA)
Jusuf Nurkic (Croatia)
Adreian Payne (Michigan State)
T.J. Warren (N.C. State)
Rodney Hood (Duke)
Shabazz Napier (UConn)

If you’re the Cavaliers who are you taking with the first overall pick? Wiggins or Parker? How far will Embiid fall after undergoing surgery? Who will be the biggest riser in this year’s draft, will it be Stauskas or McDermott?

The answers to these questions remain, but we do know that we will see a great turnout from some of the top prospects in a draft that has been categorized as one of the deepest in years.
