4-star QB Travis Waller picks up offer from Oregon Ducks
By Jack Crosby
The battle for one of the best high school quarterbacks in the 2015 recruiting class got a little more interesting as 4-star signal caller Travis Waller picked up an offer from the Oregon Ducks on Saturday afternoon. Waller broke the news via his twitter account.
Waller, out of Servite High School in Anaheim, California, is rated as a four-star prospect by 247 Sports and the fourth overall dual-threat quarterback that this 2015 group has to offer.
Recently, Waller named his top schools which included Alabama, Northwestern, Ohio State and Notre Dame. However, this offer from the Ducks could change a lot of things.

One of the best dual-threat quarterbacks in the country being heavily pursued by the program with arguably the best offensive system that utilizes the talents of someone like Waller definitely raises some eyebrows and could spell doom for the teams mentioned above.
Of course, Waller may indeed get some more offers between now and February, but this one could end up resonating the loudest in regards to the 2015 quarterback class.
While Oregon, obviously, was not in that top four that he tweeted out last week, you would have to believe that he’s heavily considering staying out on the west coast to play for coach Mark Helfrich and the Ducks.
