NBA Rumors: Warriors seeking a third team in Kevin Love trade
By Josh Hill
The NBA Draft being right around the corner is kicking up a lot of trade rumor dust and it’s hard to tell where players will end up when everything settles. The biggest and most talked about name in trade rumor circles at the moment is Kevin Love, who many believe will be moved by the draft.

At the moment it appears that the Golden State Warriors are in the lead to land Love as they have the best assets to offer Minnesota and assets that they happen to want. But according to Basketball Insiders’ Alex Kennedy, the Dubs are seeking a third team in a trade for Kevin Love and that’s been something they’ve found hard to find.
It was rumored that the Los Angeles Lakers could be this third team involved in talks but that has been debunked by a more recent report. The fact of the matter is that the Dubs and Wolves may not need a third team to get this deal done but more often than not one is needed in blockbuster deals like this one is figuring to be.
That doesn’t mean a third team will ever surface and become a part of talks, but it means that the situation is as fluid as it’s ever been in the past.
