After recent reports from various outlets claim that paychecks are being issued late to employees and members of the managerial staff of the company are leaving, there is plenty of speculation that Crytek UK could be on its way to folding.
Tips from employees to outlets like Kotaku and Eurogamer claim that paychecks have not been received, and that no explanations for the delays are being given from upper management. This has reportedly led to many employees actively looking for new work due to the uncertainty of the studios future.
Eurogamer is even reporting that more than 30 employees have left the company as a result of the problems.
In a statement to Eurogamer, Crytek UK claimed that the reports purely rumors that the company denies.
"Regardless of what some media are reporting, mostly based on a recent article published by GameStar, the information in those reports and in the GameStar article itself are rumors which Crytek deny. We continue to focus on the development and publishing of our upcoming titles Homefront: The Revolution, Hunt: Horrors of the Gilded Age, Arena of Fate, and Warface, as well as providing ongoing support for our CryEngine and its licensees. We have received a lot of positive feedback during and after E3 from both gaming press and gamers, and would like to thank our loyal employees, fans and business partners for their continuous support."
Homefront: The Revolution publisher Deep Silver has denied comment to FanSided on the matter, stating that the company will not comment on rumors or speculation at this time.

Mike’s Musings: With multiple outlets reporting the same problems, it doesn’t bode well for the future of the studio. There was sincere excitement surround a new Homefront title, but this news may have just killed that since no one knows if we’ll even get to see that game anytime soon, if at all.
