NHL Draft 2014: Every Edmonton Oilers pick

The 2014 NHL Draft has come and gone, and the short term, and potentially long term, futures of hundreds of young men have been determined.

The top players went where they were expected to go, while some players made pretty substantial slides down the draft board, including a couple, like Ivan Barbeshev, who were ranked higher up on the final FanSided NHL Draft big board.

The Edmonton Oilers surprised some by taking Leo Draisaitl over Sam Bennett in the first round, but the highest drafted German in the country’s history should prove to be a great player in his own right.
