NHL Draft 2014: Every Arizona Coyotes pick

The 2014 NHL Draft has come and gone, and the short term, and potentially long term, futures of hundreds of young men have been determined.

The top players went where they were expected to go, while some players made pretty substantial slides down the draft board, including a couple, like Ivan Barbeshev, who were ranked higher up on the final FanSided NHL Draft big board.

The Arizona Coyotes went into the NHL Draft with a need for forwards, and that’s exactly what they got. They took a power forward in Brendan Perlini in the first round, and selected a player who could be the steal of the draft in round three in Swedish forward Anton Karlsson.

Karlsson is a player that should be ready to make the jump into the professional ranks in a season or two, and will had a nice touch of scoring to Dave Tippett’s squad.
