WWE Network will be airing a special on Vickie Guerrero this coming Tuesday night, focusing on the top 10 most memorable moments from her WWE career.
“Excuse Me! – A Cougar Countdown” will air on Tuesday night at 9pm EST after the live airing of Main Event. The feature will replace the usual WWE Countdown program that traditionally airs in its place.
Vickie Guerrero was storyline fired from the WWE this week after nearly a nine-year run with the company. The WWE more or less made her an employee for life after the passing of her husband, Eddie Guerrero, in 2005.
Throughout her nine-year WWE career, Guerrero has had multiple runs as general manager of both WWE Raw and Smackdown. In addition to those roles, she was a former Slammy Award Winner, as well as Miss WrestleMania. In 2009 and 2010, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter gave her the “Best Non-Wrestler” award.
While she wasn’t a trained wrestler, Guerrero did compete a few times in the ring, even landing a signature Guerrero frog splash. Vickie’s daughter, Shaul Guerrero, was contracted to the WWE on and off from 2010 to 2014, appearing under the name Raquel Diaz, but was released twice, including once before appearing on NXT TV.
