Major League Baseball, in many circles, is considered to be a “regional” sport. While there are certainly diehard fans of the league’s overall profile, many sports fans are relegated to following their own baseball teams over all others, simply because of the volume of games and the frequency by which they occur.

In that vein, there are several players across the MLB landscape that should be considered “stars” or something nearing that point, but because of various circumstances, they are often overlooked. Today, we will be taking a glance at eight players from around the league who are flying under the radar despite some impressive results. Without too much delay, let’s take a glance at the list.
