Game of Thrones, Spirits of Westeros: Sansagria

The folks over at WIC Live have released another Game of Thrones cocktail idea in a new edition of Spirits of Westeros! Last time we learned how to make Tiny Tyrion Martini and before that we learned how to make a Castle Black Revolver. This time around, Jessica Kinney shows us how to toast a character on the rise as we salute Sansa Stark with the aptly named Sansagria.

Here’s everything you need to make your very own Sansagria:

1 granny smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
2 navel oranges, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
1/2 cup blackberry liqueur
1 cup white rum
1/3 cup spiced rum
2 cups orange juice
2 (750 milliliter) bottles white wine, chilled
1/2 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup lemon-lime soda, chilled
Place the oranges, lemon, lime, apple, blackberries, strawberries and pineapple chunks with juice into a large bowl. Pour the blackberry liqueur, white rum, spiced rum and orange juice over the fruit. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Next, add the wine, semi-frozen pink lemonade and lemon and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours if you can). Before serving, add the chilled lemon-lime soda. Pour over ice in a wine glass, spooning the fruit into the glass with the liquid. Garnish with an orange and strawberry slice.

If you still need some guidance, or just need someone to mix a drink with, follow along as Jessica teaches you how to make your very own Sansagria below:
