LeBron James rumors: LeBron ready to explore the open market
By Jack Crosby
If we’re learning anything on Thursday in regards to the free agency of LeBron James, it’s that the King returning to Miami with the Heat is not as much of a lock as people think. Now, word of him being ready to explore the open market is beginning to spread.
After reports on Tuesday that the Phoenix Suns, among a few others, have already spoken to James’ agent, Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that LeBron seems more than ready to explore the open market, especially should Pat Riley not be able to get some talent in South Beach for him to play with.
Right now, more and more, it’s looking as if one of the slew of teams coveting James’ services will have a legitimate shot at bringing the best basketball player in the world to play for them, if they have the right amount of talent on their roster to play with the King.

The Heat certainly haven’t helped themselves out so far in the free agency period, missing out on such players that they were targeting to help LeBron, such as Kyle Lowry, who just re-signed with the Toronto Raptors.
Maybe this is just a ploy by James and his crew to give the Heat another shot of adrenaline in hitting the market hard for some help, or it could mean that LeBron is off to pursue some more title elsewhere.
