There were reports that NBA superstars Kobe Bryant, Kevin Love and Carmelo Anthony played some pick up basketball at UCLA on Sunday. The story, along with the Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert’s plane beaded to Miami, dominated social media on Sunday.

It led to many overly eager fans reading way to into it and dreaming of the three teaming up in Los Angeles. But apparently it wasn’t true, there was no pick up game.
