Ellie pleads with Caesar in the new TV Spot for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (Video)

In just four more days, the world will be on the brink of war with the release of the newest installment in the Planet of the Apes saga, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

On Thursday, fans got a look at a new TV Spot for the film that showed the human survivors in a very precarious position.

Now, there is a new TV Spot for the film that shows a small band of the human survivors and the apes attempting to maintain peace between the two sides.

When a small band of human survivors stumble upon the camp where the apes have decided to make their home, the tensions between the two sides begin to escalate rather quickly.

While they are able to form a fragile peace between them, this proves to be short-lived when a group of the survivors begin to let paranoia get the better of them and they strike out at the apes.

Now, there is war between the two sides and while neither side is truly prepared to take on the losses that come with a battle, there is no turning back now.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is being directed by Matt Reeves, who also directed the first-person monster flick Cloverfield.

The script for the film was penned by screenwriters Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, and Mark Bomback. Both Jaffa and Silver penned the script for the last film in the Planet of the Apes saga titled Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

The film stars Keri Russell and Jason Clarke as Malcolm and Ellie. Dawn of the Planet of the Apes also stars Judy Greer, Andy Serkis, Toby Kebbell, Angela Kerecz, Gary Oldman and many more.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is scheduled to be released in Digital 3D and Real 3D on July 11, 2014.
