Comic Con is just around the corner and that means we’re going to start hearing more and more studios hammer down panel times and locations for projects they’re bringing to San Diego this year.
We’ve already heard about Warner Bros plans to bring television shows to Comic Con this year but we were all waiting to hear what movies would be hosting panels later this month. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hall H will play host to such Warner Bros panels as Mad Max, The Hobbit 3 and Jupiter Ascending to name a few.
Warner Bros. has revealed some of its plans for Hall H at Comic-Con this year.
The studio announced Tuesday that its Saturday, July 16 panel will include The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, Mad Max: Fury Road and Jupiter Ascending.
One title it noticeably absent and that’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. There was hope that Warner Bros would bring the film to Comic Con this year but thanks to the production delay there’s no real need to start hyping the film until next summer since the film won’t hit theaters until May 2016.
Still, there’s a lot to love about the films Warner’s is bringing to Comic Con and it will be interesting to see what their full slate of films looks like when the complete list is revealed.
