We’re coming down to crunch time in regards to the decision that LeBron James has to make as to where he will be playing his basketball going forward, and as it stands right now, the chances are looking very good that he will indeed be returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

How good are those chances? Well, according to Chris Sheridan, LeBron going back to Cleveland is at 90 percent, and the announcement of that decision will be coming very shortly.

"A plugged-in source tells me there is a 90 percent chance that LeBron James will return to the Cleveland Cavaliers"

Just this past week, the talk of LeBron heading back to Cleveland really heated up, and it has just picked up more steam from there. As of right now, James is in Las Vegas where he has reportedly already met with teammate Dwyane Wade, and will soon meet with team president Pat Riley.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

Whether or not these conversations are just James saying his thank yous and goodbyes, well that remains to be seen in the coming days, but should the rumors about the return to Cleveland turn out to be true, then that’s probably the case.

It’ll be interesting to see, should James end up making the decision to head back home, how his relationship with Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert will be, especially after all that happened four years ago when James made the decision to head to South Beach on national television.

Nonetheless, we’re getting closer to the official decision, and things definitely seem to be looking in Cleveland’s favor.
