Streak for the Cash Picks-July 8, 2014

It’s another mid-week July day on Streak for the Cash which means cycling, soccer, and plenty of baseball lead the way.  The Tour de France returns to France after a quick trip to England for yesterday’s stage giving us our early morning pick. Later today, we have continuing UEFA Champions League qualifying as an undercard for the heavyweight battle in the Semifinals of the 2014 World Cup.  Tonight, Major League Baseball is joined by the WNBA and a pair of MLS teams in the US Open Cup to round out our 18-pick board.  You’ll find my picks for each of the 18 options below with my confidence level in each pick on a scale of 1-10:
