Cleveland Cavaliers have mutual interest in Ray Allen, Mike Miller
By Josh Hill
The Cleveland Cavaliers pulled off the amazing task of landing LeBron James in free agency but the work seems to be far from over. In addition to LeBron, the Cavs are in the process of scouting out other free agents that could be a fit with the roster that is being put together.

One fit seems to be Ray Allen, who we’ve heard is interested in reuniting with LeBron in Cleveland. Another fit is Mike Miller, a guy LeBron hasn’t won a championship without and similarly has interest in Cleveland.
The interest is mutual on all fronts as the Cavaliers pursuit of the two players has intensified in the last 24 hours.
It’s unclear if Allen and Miller will find a price that they like from the Cavaliers but there is no doubt some mutual interest on all sides which is an excellent thing. Miller and Allen have close relationships with LeBron and he has reached out to both about possibly playing with him in Cleveland.
The contact with Miller was made before LeBron came out and made his decision to sign with the Cavaliers, but for what it’s worth Allen hasn’t been mentioned with another team and Miller put his contract talks with the Denver Nuggets on hold for the time being.
