Minnesota Timberwolves fans have been in a holding pattern for weeks, just waiting for the news to break that Kevin Love has been traded to Boston or Cleveland or Los Angeles or somewhere that is not Minnesota.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

The sight witnessed by at least one person in downtown Minneapolis on Friday will do nothing to calm the nerves of Timberwolves fans who fear their best player is about to be dealt.

Okay, so there could be lots of reasons why that guy was told to cover over that Kevin Love poster. It doesn’t necessarily mean that Kevin Love is about to get traded.

Or, it could mean that Kevin Love is about to be traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for Andrew Wiggins. Because LeBron James told the Cavs he would only come to town if they got him Kevin Love.

Just connect the dots, people. LeBron signs in Cleveland. Man covers over Kevin Love poster. Kevin Love is headed to Cleveland.

Caroline’s Cupcakes is all over this story. As soon as Caroline has the scoop from her text messaging friend, it will be official. Kevin Love for Andrew Wiggins? Yup. All the signs are pointing in that direction.

Or right off a credibility cliff. I can’t tell which.
