The fourth season of the hit HBO series Game of Thrones just ended last month and already we’re looking ahead to what the fifth season of the show will contain. While the story is up for grabs it seems, as the show has demonstrated a knack for going against the books, the ever growing cast of the show is something to watch as well.
One storyline we can likely expect to see will revolve around the revenge of Oberyn Martell’s family or at least more of an exploration of what he left behind. It seems as though we might see three of his daughters show up in the next season and one of those daughters could be played by an Oscar nominated actress.
According to the New Zealand Herald, Castle-Hughes has joined the cast of Game of Thrones in an unspecified role for Season 5.
Queen of Kiwi movie screens Keisha Castle-Hughes is believed to have landed a role in wildly popular TV series Game of Thrones.
The Herald on Sunday understands that Castle-Hughes, who rose to stardom aged 13 in an Academy Award-nominated performance as hero Paikea in Kiwi film Whale Rider, told friends she had landed a role on the smash-hit fantasy series.
It’s all rumors at the moment and we may not see this go anywhere, but Castle-Hughes is an excellent choice for the series and it appears that her role could be significant if she is indeed cast.
