LeBron James was the biggest NBA free agent domino to fall over the past week, but there are a number of quality players that remain available on the open market. One of those players is point guard D.J. Augustin.

More from Charlotte Hornets

While the market for Augustin has been relatively quiet early on in the process, it appears that it is beginning to pick up.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, two teams are beginning to show interest in the free agent guard.

Enter the Dallas Mavericks and Charlotte Hornets.

Wojnarowski writes:

Augustin averaged 13.1 points and 4.4 assists per game last season.

Wherever Augustin lands, he has already proven that he can be a reliable scorer in the NBA after the Bulls allowed him to open up his offense.

If he can continue that success, he would be a quality addition to a number of benches around the league.
