Give N.C. State football assistant coaches Dave Huxtable and Frisman Jackson your Good Guys of the Day Award. After spotting an overturned car by the side of the road, the two men rushed to the scene and helped a young girl who had become trapped inside the vehicle.

Apparently the young lady had been texting and driving when she had an accident and ended up on her roof in some foliage alongside the highway outside Raleigh, North Carolina. Frisman Jackson tweeted a photo of the scene along with a message for people who text while driving.

Seriously people, texting and driving is about the dumbest thing you can do in this world. Why do people not get this message? That girl is lucky she didn’t die inside that car. She might have starved to death in there or been eaten by wolves, had Dave Huxtable and Frisman Jackson not happened along.

Dave Huxtable and Frisman Jackson aren’t always going to be there to pull you out of the car after you flip it over. They are righteous dudes but they can’t be everywhere. So, just put the phone away. Whatever nonsense you have to say to your friend isn’t worth risking serious injury or death over. Trust me.
