When you look at the uniforms of all 30 NHL teams, you realize that we are in the midst of one of the best eras for NHL logos and uniforms since the days of the Original Six. The Reebok Edge uniform system is still maligned by many, but the majority of teams have fixed the issues that appeared with the Edge’s debut in 2007.

The NHL of the 90s and 2000s tried too hard to be on the cutting edge (no pun intended) of uniform designs. The classic teams largely remained unchanged, but most teams were given a modern look just for the sake of being modern. Over the past few seasons, we have seen the Dallas Stars, Nashville Predators, Anaheim Ducks and soon the St. Louis Blues, improve their uniforms and get rid of the elements that made the Edge uniforms so unpopular back in 2007.

Still, a few uniforms remain that require attention from Reebok and their respective teams. Some are too bland, while others are too busy. In this post I will list the Top 3 teams whose uniforms are in most need of an overhaul.
