However, Thomas has an idea of where he would like to play and that is with the team whose uniform he currently wears on Sundays.
When asked whether or not he would like to return to the Mile High City next season, Thomas gave a resounding yes.
“Absolutely. I love Denver. It’s a great city. I really love that franchise, fan base, I would look forward to being there for a long time,” Thomas told Larry Brown Sports. “But it’s business. We’ll see what happens.”
After Jimmy Graham signed a 4-year, $40 million deal to remain with the New Orleans Saints, Thomas could really be in for a huge pay day next offseason.
If the 2014 NFL free agency was any indication, the Broncos will be able to lock him up as long as they want him back in a Broncos uniform. One would have to imagine that they do.
