This time of the year for NFL fans there is so much promise and opportunity. Training camps are about to open and anything is possible. Whether 2013 was a down year for your team or one of many down years it’s always fun to start over and see if it can be better this time.

We know though experience that every season, a few new faces show up in the playoffs from the previous year. Sure, there are the teams who, barring a catastrophic injury, are going to stay on top for the unforeseeable future. But, there is always turnover for playoff teams and the teams at the bottom.

Here are some teams that are primed to be better — teams to look out for this season. They may not be making a playoff run, but their arrows are definitely pointed up.
