Fate is deferred in a new clip from Hercules (Video)

We are now just four days away from one of the world’s most epic heroes making his way back to the big screen in the upcoming action-packed adventure Hercules.

Late last week, we showed you a new TV Spot for the film that was able to slip some new footage into the mix.

Now, we have a look at a new clip for the upcoming adventure that shows a man’s fate deferred for another day.

In the clip, we watch as Hercules and a small group of men enter a cavern where they are clearly met with some opposition.

Suddenly, a man high above them takes aim at Amphiaraus with his bow. Ready for death, he stands there and opens his arms to receive his fate.

Slowly, but surely, the arrow gets closer and catches fire as it makes its way through the flames of battle.

Just when you think Amphiaraus is about to meet his end, Hercules snatches the arrow clean out of the air and throws is back to the man who shot it in the first place.

You should really see this for yourselves. Here is a look at the latest clip from the upcoming action-packed adventure Hercules.

Hercules is being directed by Brett Ratner, who is also set to direct the upcoming Beverly Hills Cop sequel coming in 2016.

The screenplay for the film is being penned by relatively new screenwriter Ryan Condal and screenwriter Evan Spiliotopoulos, who has done countless works for Walt Disney like Lion King 1 ½ and Pooh’s Heffalump Movie.

The film stars Dwayne Johnson as Hercules himself. Joining him is Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides actor Ian McShane. The film also stars John Hurt, Joseph Fiennes, Rufus Sewell, Irina Shayk, and many more.

Hercules is scheduled to be released in RealD 3D, IMAX 3D, and Conventional Theaters on July 25, 2014.
