You may not have heard, but LeBron James is returning home to the Cleveland Cavaliers. As an added bonus, he is awesome. Not only is LeBron great on the court, but he is also apparently one of the best neighbors you could ask for.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

Sure, LeBron may attract a lot of media attention which results in news trucks invading your street and a mob of fans rushing through your lawn, but he will make sure that you are given something for your troubles.

As it turns out, LeBron showed off how great of a neighbor he is by apologizing for all of the chaos in his neighborhood that was caused by his return to Cleveland.

How did LeBron make nice to his neighbors?

With a nice little letter and some cupcakes.

Score.

Suddenly, I want to be LeBron James’ neighbors.

Not just for the impromptu pick up games that could take place, but for some free cupcakes.
