If you’ve been fortunate to lay your eyes upon Texas Tech head football coach Kliff Kingsbury, you know just how lucky you are to see the Ryan Gosling lookalike up close and personal. Maybe, you’ve even become a fan of Tech because of the man patrolling the sidelines at his alma mater.

More from College Football

You wouldn’t be alone as Kingsbury has a growing section of fans who are fawning over the former Tech quarterback who lit up the scoreboard and stuffed the stat column with a number of 400-yard passing games in his playing career under Mike Leach.

He has taken questions about his willingness to appear on “The Bachelor”–he’s not ruling it out–and has received a number of flattering (borderline creepy) tweets in his direction from his loving fans.

Kingsbury took a minute to read some of those flattering tweets in this video courtesy of ESPN’s SportsNation.

Kingsbury wrapped up his first season as the head coach of the Red Raiders with a thrilling win over Arizona State in the Holiday Bowl after beginning the season with a 7-0 record and a ranking in the top 10.

With Davis Webb entrenched as the team’s starting quarterback with Baker Mayfield and Michael Brewer no longer with the program, Kingsbury has a protege to mold for the next three years and get Tech in position to consistently challenge for a Big 12 title.

The 34-year-old head coach with an 8-5 career record will undoubtedly look forward to answering a few questions and reading a few tweets about a successful 2014 season more than he would about strangers proclaiming their love for the “hot” coach.
