NBA free agency is winding down. Of the marquee names available this summer, the only two remaining (Eric Bledsoe and Greg Monroe) are covered by the very protective RFA tag and thus are probably not true targets for acquisition. By now the impact of the big moves (LeBron to Cleveland; Bosh and Melo staying in Miami and New York respectively; Stephenson to Charlotte and more importantly away from Indy; and the Pierce/Parsons/Ariza do-si-do) has been exhaustively discussed.

Some of the moves that could end up with the most profound biggest impacts on the playoff races and perhaps even decide a series or two were a little less noticed. Each of these moves added something to a prospective contender without much fanfare.
