Mexican international star Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez is struggling to find his place with Manchester United, and the future doesn’t look any brighter with Louis van Gaal running the show.
Chicharito was subbed on in the 70th minute of Manchester United’s win over AS Roma in the Guinness International Champions Cup, but his future with the team is still up in the air. However, while he is in the states, there is a chance that there could be some progress on what could come next.
According to the latest transfer rumors surrounding the striker, Chicharito’s camp is expected to meet with a potential suitor in Washington.
The rumors state that Inter Milan president Erick Thohir is set to meet with Chicharito’s agent.
Both teams are currently in the United States for the International Champions Cup, so it won’t be too much of a hassle for the sides to meet.
More on the rumor here.
Colombian midfielder Fredy Guarin could be included in a potential deal.
Of course, these are simply rumors at this time, so whether or not anything comes to fruition remains to be seen.
