The Philadelphia Eagles let wide receiver DeSean Jackson leave during the offseason. A shocking move that saw a team dump their most productive wide receiver. The Eagles are hopeful wide receiver Jeremy Maclin can make a big step forward to fill the production void.

Maclin missed all of last season with an ACL injury he suffered in training camp before the 2013 season. Maclin says he is stronger and head coach Chip Kelly says Maclin looks “fantastic.”

From Philadelphia Inquirer & Daily News:

"Since his return to practice back in April, Jeremy Maclin has professed that he is a “stronger” version of his former self. “You can just base it off certain things that you do in the weight room, on the football field,” he said. “And also mentally stronger. When I talk about stronger I mean everything that goes into it.”Nick Foles has seconded that, and Eagles head coach Chip Kelly has used “fantastic” to describe how Maclin has looked."

Over four seasons Maclin has never passed the 1,000 yard mark, though he has come close. In the four seasons he played, he caught 258 passes for 3,453 yards and 26 touchdowns.
