Deondre Francois commits to Florida State: Four-star QB chooses Seminoles
By Jack Crosby
Well the Florida State Seminoles certainly made some waves on the recruiting trail on Thursday as they received not one, but two commitments from two of the best quarterbacks prospects in the 2015 class. Just a few moments after Kai Locksley announced his commitment to Jimbo Fisher and Tallahassee, four-star product Deondre Francois picked the ‘Noles as well.
This is definitely an interesting turn of events for the Seminoles, but this is a great problem for them to have.

Francois chose Florida State over the Auburn Tigers in the end.
When Locksley shocked everyone with his commitment to Florida State, there were some, for the brief moment that was still available, that believed Francois would surely be headed to Auburn. But as we found out, that was not the case.
With the amount of time between now and February, there is definitely a chance that not all three quarterbacks will stick with their commitments, but it’s still a possibility going forward.
Francois is rated as a four-star product according to 247 Sports and is the sixth rated pro-style prospect in the nation. The Seminoles have been considered the favorite for quite some time now, and we can see now that absolutely nothing was going to change that. Not even a commitment from some top-notch competition.
