While he may not have been the happiest man in doing so, Marshawn Lynch reported to Seattle Seahawks training camp on Thursday, ending his current holdout. Now in the time that he was staying away from the team, he accrued some hefty fines in the process. And while sometimes teams will forgive a portion of the fine once the player reports, that might not be the case for the Seahawks and Lynch.

According to Ian Rapoport, the team may still force Lynch to reach into his wallet to the tune of almost $500,000, despite him walking into the facility on Thursday.

Lynch was holding out from the team as he continues to search for one last lucrative contract from the team that he helped win their first Super Bowl last season. Everything appeared fine between the two sides, up until last week when the Kansas City Chiefs gave their new deal to Jamaal Charles. Not long after that, Lynch announced that he was holding out.

It’ll be interesting to see going forward if the relationship between Lynch and the team is strained because of all of this.
