Travon Fuller to Texas A&M: Aggies land 4-Star CB
Under head coach Kevin Sumlin, the Texas A&M Aggies have become a recruiting juggernaut. They currently have 19 commitments in the class of 2015 and their class is ranked second in the country behind the Alabama Crimson Tide.

They’ve also gotten off to a fine start in the class of 2016. They already have a commitment from the top player in the class of 2016, 5-Star offensive tackle Gregory Little, who gave his pledge to the Aggies in June. On Friday, they added their second commitment when 4-Star cornerback/wide receiver/return man Travon Fuller gave his pledge to the Aggies.

"East Texas’ first 2016 recruit is off the market, so to speak. Athens defensive back Travon Fuller announced his verbal commitment to Texas A&M on Friday afternoon.ETSN.fm confirmed Fuller’s decision with Athens head coach Paul Essary……Used in a variety of roles by Essary, Fuller shined in a multitude of areas in helping lead Athens to the first undefeated regular season in school history.Fuller finished with an astounding 21 blocked kicks — 17 extra-point attempts and four field goals. He also racked up seven interceptions to go along with 53 tackles and one forced fumble from his cornerback position on defense."
The 5’11, 160-pound Fuller is from Athens, Texas and attends Athens High school. He is the country’s 11th-ranked cornerback prospect, the 14th-overall ranked prospect in the state of Texas and is ranked as the 123rd-best overall prospect in the class of 2016 according to 24/7 Sports’ composite rankings.
Fuller also has been drawing interest from the Baylor Bears, Oklahoma State Cowboys, Texas Longhorns and Texas Tech Red Raiders, among others.
