There are plenty of new series that will be making their debut in the fall season, but the new CW Series The Flash is quickly becoming one of the most anticipated of the bunch.
As most of you know, we are just over a week removed from one of the biggest events of the year in the entertainment industry, the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con.
This is where anybody who is anyone comes to showcase their projects and give the fans their first real look at what they can expect.
Keeping this in mind, it makes perfect sense that The CW and DC Entertainment would choose this event to debut their upcoming superhero series The Flash.
Unfortunately, if you were not lucky enough to score a seat in Hall H for The Flash panel, then you will have to wait just a little while longer before you will be able to take it all in; however, you are not totally out of luck.
Some of you DC faithful may already be aware of an online series known as DC All Access. Well, in this afternoon’s episode, you are going to get to see an interview with John Wesley Shipp.
Does that name sound familiar to you? Well, it certainly should. John Wesley Shipp is the man who donned the red suit and played the fastest man alive, Barry Allen in The Flash series that aired back in 1990.
Well, John Wesley Shipp is back; except this time, instead of playing Barry Allen, he will be playing the role of Barry Allen’s father Henry in the new series.
DC All Access host Tiffany Smith caught up with John Wesley Shipp at Comic-Con where they discussed the new series, his experiences at Comic-Con and so much more.
In this exclusive clip, which you can see below, John Wesley Shipp discusses his experiences at Comic-Con and how they differ so greatly from when he attended the conference back in 1990 during his time as The Flash.
As you can imagine, things have changed a lot over the past twenty four years and the crowd dynamic has turned into something far more than anyone could have imagined back in the day.
Why don’t you take a look for yourselves? Here is our exclusive look at a clip from today’s all-new episode of DC All Access which features an interview with John Wesley Shipp from The Flash.
