The Cleveland Cavaliers may or may not be just weeks away from trading Andrew Wiggins for Kevin Love, but that may not be the only move they’re planning – or at least were planning.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

While an addition of Kevin Love would be the headline grabber, the Cleveland Cavaliers front office is reportedly interested in trading for another unnamed big man who is currently involved in trade talks with another team.

That’s the word from Sam Amico of Fox Sports, who also hints that the Cavaliers front office has put the idea on the back burner for now.

Answering a fan question about trading for a big man in his weekly chat, Amico gave the following response.

"All I was told is they were interested in one but held off on pursuing him because he was involved in trade discussions. But they are looking. And they will eventually find."

Obviously given the Cavaliers ties to Kevin Love, he’s not the player they reportedly had interest in. So the question looms, who were the Cleveland Cavaliers targeting? Is it a player who has been alleged to be on the block this summer? Or was it another player who was close to being traded but wasn’t a big name? That’s the more likely scenario since it doesn’t appear the Cavaliers need another big name talent or salary (especially if they are to acquire Love) but the potential deal for the unnamed player seems dead for now.

How say you, FanSided? Do you have any ideas on who you think the Cleveland Cavaliers were attempting to trade for?
