Umpire Laz Diaz dances with Phillie Phanatic (Video)

Diaz is generally known for his distinct ability to make the game into an ump show, provoke managers and players, and generally create confrontations when it is not necessary.
The umpires are supposed to be the ones to know when to walk away, but that skill has alluded Diaz over the course of his long career as a big league umpire.
To refocus the conversation, what happened here has nothing to do with Diaz and his usual cantankerous disposition. This has to do with his dance moves, which are rate up there with his ability to make managers mad.
Diaz was given the opportunity to dance on the field with the famous Phillie Phanatic on Wednesday night. The mascot was fully decked out in a hat and dress for the occasion.
For everything Diaz gets wrong in his umpiring duties, serious kudos to him for getting down and shaking it here when given the opportunity.
