San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis has went back and forth this offseason regarding a potential holdout. The Pro Bowl talent, who is already one of the highest paid tight end’s in the NFL eventually came to his senses and hinted that a holdout would not happen.

That likely stemmed from the fact that he had absolutely zero leverage against the 49ers and would simply be losing money by not participating.

Thankfully, that money was saved and spent on better things like a completely customized, $100,000 dollar T-Rex according to TMZ.

Now, if you’ve ever come across a T-Rex or had the lucky opportunity to ride in one, you’re probably aware that they won’t fit a 6’3, 250 pound NFL player so the ride was completely re-built so Vernon Davis could fit.

"We’re told they took apart the whole 3-wheel bike was taken apart, raised the roof … stretched out the frame — and then packed it full of some SICK features.Vernon’s T-Rex has speakers inside and all around the bike, touch screen stereo system with navigation and reverse camera, smoked out lights, and a string of LEDs at the bottom. Plus, the thing does 0-60 mph in under 3 seconds!"

I’m sure the San Francisco 49ers are absolutely thrilled with his new purchase, don’t you think? There’s no danger involved in that thing at all.

In all seriousness, it’s a pretty bad ass purchase and something that Vernon Davis has apparently coveted for some time. Of course, I’m not sure it’s worth $100,00 bucks but given the money saved by Davis for not skipping training camp, it seems to be a fair trade for the tight end.
