Monday night on WWE RAW, the entire wrestling world will celebrate the 61st birthday of Hulk Hogan, and that includes famous people from outside the business, such as Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James.

More from LeBron James

Yes, according to a report from Justin LaBar of WrestleZone, The King will be one of the celebrities taking part in making an appearance on camera in some fashion, paying homage to whom many consider to be the greatest professional wrestler of all time.

It’s actually quite fitting that James will be involved in some way with Hogan, seeing as many compare his career track record to Hogan’s.

When James originally left Cleveland to head to the Miami Heat, some compared that to back in 1996 when Hogan turned heel and joined the nWo. Then, last month when James made the decision to head back to Cleveland to play with his home state Cavaliers once again, that was the same as a face turn in professional wrestling.

It should also be noted that this is not just a paid appearance for James, rather he has been a WWE fan for quite some time. Legendary broadcaster Jim Ross has told the story countless times of when they were in Ohio for a show when James was a rookie, he gave the future best basketball player on the planet an autograph.

Whatever the case may be, or for as long as James is on camera for, this is definitely shaping up to be a memorable night indeed as they celebrate Hogan’s birthday.
