Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis thinks the team would be ‘well received’ if they moved back to Los Angeles
Nearly every single NFL offseason there are rumors and speculation surrounding some team moving to Los Angeles as a new home. This year there were talks, albeit brief, that once the Buffalo Bills franchise was sold, they may move out to Los Angeles.

Those talks were quickly shot down, but rumors of a team moving in the next several years are still very much alive. One of the marquee teams that could potentially move would be the team that once called Los Angeles home, the Oakland Raiders.
The Raiders inhabited Los Angeles for twelve seasons from 1982 to 1994. In the 1983 season, the Los Angeles Raiders defeated the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl 18 by a score of 38-9.
The Raiders moved back to Oakland in 1995, and could not capitalize on their only Super Bowl berth in the 2002 season when they lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
With talks heating up that the team may once again move back out to Los Angeles, Raiders owner Mark Davis thinks the team would be well received:
Fans of the Oakland Raiders do not have to worry about Los Angeles at least for this season, but there is certainly the opportunity for the Raiders to leave Oakland next season. Considering the team’s history of moving back and forth, it seems more than plausible that Los Angeles could be hosting an NFL team in the next few years.
