George is already looking ahead to rehabbing back to where he needs to be in order to return, and while he’s still months away from being close to ready to returning to the court, he’s ready to start getting ready as soon as he can.
According to NBA scribe Andrew Perna, George is able to start rehabbing next week and will likely be focusing on upper body conditioning when he starts working out again.
George obviously isn’t going to be doing any wind sprints in the near future, but he is at least going to try and keep his body as conditioned as humanly possible.
It’s still a long haul for George, but it’s looking like he could be back either by the end of this season or in time for next season, which is something that the Pacers and their fans couldn’t be happier to hear.
