The Joan Gamper Trophy was on the line with Barcelona vs Leon on Monday afternoon at Camp Nou.
When the final whistle blew, Barcelona earned a commanding 6-0 win over La Fiera.

Lionel Messi got the scoring underway for Barcelona in just the third minute, and the La Liga giants never looked back.
In the 12th minute, Neymar, who was making his return from a fractured vertabrae suffered in the World Cup, chipped the keeper to put Barcelona up 2-0. Just before the half in the 44th minute, Neymar scored again with a nifty back heel after a touch to himself.
Barcelona led 3-0 entering the half.
The second half began with Barcelona still dictating the pace, but there was one bright spot for Club Leon.
In the 51st minute, longtime Mexico and Club Leon star Rafael Marquez was subbed off for Wanderley de Jesus and received a huge ovation from the crowd. It was Marquez’s final appearance for Club Leon as he prepares to move to Hellas Verona in Italy’s Serie A. (Video here)
