It seems like everybody and their brother has accepted the challenge to partake in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, though we’ve yet to see a full cheerleading squad partake in such.

More from Dallas Cowboys

That was, until now as the entire Dallas Cowboys cheerleading team decided to drench themselves in freezing cold water, all for the good of awareness and charity.

At some point after the Dallas Cowboys’ preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens, the most popular cheer squad in the NFL decided to get in their famed lineup but it wasn’t to root on their favorite team. Nope, they were there to partake in the Ice Bucket Challenge and with a handful of willing volunteers behind them complete with Gatordade tub’s full of cold water, the ladies had the chilled liquid dumped over the top of their heads.

Only problem? It seems as if the accuracy of the volunteers was less than perfect as a few of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders appeared to avoid much if any water falling. Still, most of the girls, dressed out in their full Dallas Cowboys cheerleading uniforms were hit. Of course, they could have used more water considering nobody came away completely drenched (which is seemingly the point) but they still get a thumb up for getting in on the fun.

I imagine those uniforms (tiny as they might be) aren’t exactly the cheapest thing to replace, so it’s understandable as to why the ladies didn’t want to look like they had just jumped into a pool once the challenge was complete.
