ESPN morning show debater and hot sports takes specialist Skip Bayless is the latest person to take part in the viral ALS Ice Bucket Challenge to raise awareness for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or ALS (more commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease).
Bayless was challenged on Thursday morning’s show by co-debater Stephen A. Smith and his “frienemy” Terrell Owens.
Before completing the challenge, Bayless sent out challenges of his own to all of the ESPN First Take viewers, but not to dump cold water on their heads. Instead, he urged everyone to donate to an ALS charity.

SPOILER ALERT: His hair does not stay perfect.
The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has helped to raise a whopping $41.8 million for ALS related charities within the past twenty four days, so it is great to see the trend continuing.
If you would like to make your own donation to help fight the disease, you can do so at ALSA.org.
