The Minnesota Timberwolves, Cleveland Cavaliers and Philadelphia 76ers are expected toe finalize a deal to send star power forward Kevin Love to the Cavaliers.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

The Timberwolves will reportedly received forward Anthony Bennett and swingman Andrew Wiggins from the Cavaliers and forward Thaddeus Young from the Philadelphia 76ers. The 76ers will receive point guard Aexey Shved and forward Luc Richard Mbah a Moute and first round pick from the Cavaliers (via the Miami Heat). The Cavaliers will be receiving Love.

The Phoenix Suns are trying to throw a last minute wrench into the plans. The Suns, who haven’t been able to re-sign restricted free agent guard Eric Bledsoe, are reportedly offering Bledsoe to the Timberwolves in a deal for Love.

According to Jon Krawczynski of The Associated Press, the Timberwolves do like Bledsoe but not enough to bail on their current deal.

The Timberwolves are getting more assets and do not have a player clamoring for a max deal like Bledsoe so taking the Cavaliers’ deal remains a no-brainer.

Bledsoe averaged 17.7 points, 5.5 assists, 4.7 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game while shooting 47.7% from the field, 35.7% from beyond the arc and 77.2% from the free throw line last season. In his four-year NBA career, the 18th-overall pick in the first round of the 2010 NBA draft, has averaged 8.7 points, 3.4 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game while shooting 44.5% from the floor, 32.7% from three and 75.8% from the charity stripe.
