I’m surprised it took the Brewers PR people this long to set up the Hank Aaron/Hank the Dog photo-op, quite frankly. Hank the Dog has been a fixture around Brewers games since early spring training and they only now get around to the inevitable Hank Aaron-Hank the Dog meeting pic?

More from Milwaukee Brewers

I guess it’s not that easy schedule-wise to get this kind of thing set up. Hank Aaron has stuff to do, Hank the Dog has stuff to do. They’re never in the same town at the same time. Things just never match up.

Well I call BS on that. What do either of these guys have to do that’s so pressing? Hank Aaron is old and retired, probably just sits in front of the TV all day complaining about politics. Hank just sits around licking the place where his balls used to be. How hard is it to get these two together?

It wasn’t that hard. But we still had to wait until almost September for the photo-op. Better late than never.
