Exclusive Clip: Terry Crews and Arian Foster talk Draft Day (Video)

Just in time for the official kickoff of the 2014 National Football League season, fans will get to bring home all the action of the football drama Draft Day.

In Draft Day, Academy Award winner Kevin Costner stars as Sonny Weaver Jr., fictional general manager of the Cleveland Browns, who is tasked with making a hug splash in the draft.

Everyone assumes that once the Browns had acquired the top pick in the draft that they would be using that number one selection to pick up star Quarterback Bo Callahan.

Despite what everyone may think, Weaver had something much more elaborate, and beneficial for the team, in mind with the coveted top pick.

Draft Day also stars two people who know a thing or two about the NFL; former NFL Lineback and Defensive End Terry Crews and Houston Texans running back Arian Foster.

In an exclusive clip, which you can see below, both Crews and Foster discuss their roles in the film, what the experience has been like for them, and what the NFL really means to them.

As you may know by now, Crews and Foster played the father/son duo of Earl Jennings and his son Ray Jennings in the film.

The making of this film was quite an extraordinary experience as the NFL allowed the filmmakers unprecedented access to the NFL and pretty much put all their backing into the film. This is one of the things that really assisted in giving the film an authentic feel.

As we said before, the film is going to be available on demand and on Blu-Ray and DVD just before kickoff of the 2014 NFL Season.

Draft Day will be available on demand on August 29th. Now, if you are one of those people who like to have a physical copy of your favorite films, or want to make sure you catch all the special features included in the Blu-Ray release, the film will be available on Blu-Ray and DVD on September 2nd, just two days before Week 1 begins.

As we mentioned before, the Blu-Ray release will be filled with Special Features like Deleted Scenes, Audio Commentary from Writers Rajiv Joseph and Scott Rothman, and two featurettes you won’t find anywhere else.

If you are a fan of the National Football League, you won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to bring home all the action of Draft Day and get the 2014 NFL Season started off right.

Draft Day is available on-demand on August 29, 2014 and on Blu-Ray and DVD on September 2nd.
