The Cleveland Browns close out their preseason on Thursday night, when they play host to the Chicago Bears in Week 4 at FirstEnergy Stadium.
Now that Brian Hoyer has been named the Browns’ starting quarterback for the upcoming season, Johnny Manziel will get a majority of the reps in the preseason finale as the Browns search for their first win and Manziel tries to convince the coaching staff that he is deserving of some special packages and an opportunity to see the field when the regular season kicks off.
