Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay has reached a plea deal in his impaired driving case that stemmed from an arrest earlier this year, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Irsay reportedly had oxycodone and/or hydrocodone in his system at the time of his arrest.

“I can confirm that Mr. Irsay’s case has been set for a change of plea hearing on Tuesday, September 2nd at 11:00 a.m. in Hamilton Superior Court IV,” Andre Miksha, a spokesman for the Hamilton County prosecutor told the paper. “I cannot provide any details of — or even verify the existence of — an agreement unless and until one would be tendered to the Court at such a hearing.”

Irsay previously pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor charges.

The NFL has yet to announce whether or not Irsay will receive any punishment because of the arrest, but it is expected that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will hand down some sort of suspension and/or fine.
