For most of the titles that have made an appearance on Xbox 360, Xbox One owners will have to suffer through never seeing them make an appearance on their console. However, with some of the better Xbox Live Arcade titles, the transition to current generation software is much less difficult. Along those lines, State of Decay will be headed to the Xbox One in 2015.
The zombie-survival arcade title, State of Decay, will be coming to the Xbox One for the first time. The title that made its debut on the Xbox 360 last summer, will be getting a reboot on the Xbox One. The title will be called State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition.
Right now, State of Decay does not have a definitive release date, but Spring 2015 is the current window. With State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition, gamers will be given two downloadable content packs as well. The packs are entitled Lifeline and Breakdown.
State of Decay will run in 108-p on the Xbox One as well.
Right now Undead Labs is teasing some additional, yet unannounced content, but it is shaping up to look like nothing will be announced until launch becomes closer.
With a game like State of Decay set to make its way onto the Xbox One, gamers can only hope to see more solid Xbox 360 arcade titles transfer into the current generation. While it makes sense that full retail games would be difficult to update for the new console, Xbox Live Arcade titles should be less difficult.
